I actually missed the countdown by falling alseep right in front of the TV. Joke. Oh well.

Uploading wayyyyy overdue immersion pics on facebook now. I love the worry-free days spent there. On a side note, looks like post-As travelling is quite popular. Can't believe my cousin is going to Korea! I am going to do just that. I will go to Vietnam, Taiwan (the family trips I missed) and Thailand (Chao Tai Mai) to visit the kids!

Yesterday was a three-fold meaning for me. New year. Vday. And Spiritual Bday! I'm a one year old in Christ. Feeling quite excited! I've been on this crazy journey for one year already. All the faith experiences ranging fom waiting for bus to providence for food. Pesecutions from my mom. Her flaring up time and again. Desert experience in China. Everything... is great and worth it. Cuz I have a worthy Savoir to be praised. Placing all the past unhappiness, I was given a chance to forgive myself and others and live all over again. I wonder what would I be doing if I'm not typing all these in thanksgiving. Perhaps wallow in self-pity about the how'lil Vday pressises I recieved? Wondering when would I not celebrate Vday as just a friendship day? Hoping in my hopeless self-efforts to be loved? But now I know better. I can celebrate Vday every year now onwards with one who truly gave His all for me!

Oh on Friday had a chance to speak with many people in the unit and get to know more about their lives. (: Particularly inspired by one selfless soul who would fast for his friend and his mom who is in hospital. I plead guilty for feasting infront of him. Opps.

New year goodies are super fattening! I don't even need to eat the actual meals to feel full. My throat is dying cuz I already have a sore throat. Today is going to be another day of visiting better control my mouth.
